The Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS), Bureau of Licensing for Professions & Occupations (BLPO), is reminding funeral services licensees of the importance of submitting a complete and adequate Plan of Correction (POC) following an inspection that identifies deficiencies.
Your Plan of Correction must address every cited deficiency. Licensees are responsible for ensuring their submissions are complete and adequate. Failure to do so may result in enforcement action.
