Maricopa County Funeral Assistance provides help for grieving Maricopa County families who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and have recently lost a loved one. Through the program, families can qualify for up to $1,200 to be applied to burial or cremation services at a participating licensed funeral home. The program helps cover the costs of burial or cremation services during these difficult times.

To all Funeral Establishments:
Although you may have already received this information from Maricopa County or Valley of the Sun United Way, we are sending it again as you are required to be a “Vendor” if you would like participate in this program. It is simply a means for Maricopa County to be able to pay your establishment in the event a consumer qualifies for the funeral assistance being offered.
