It is scheduled to be heard in caucus on April 19, which does not require a vote, it is an opportunity for the bill to be heard by all the members of the Senate.

There are no actions to be taken at this time. Rules committee is more procedural, it’s purpose is to determine whether or not a bill is constitutional. HB2123 doesn’t have any constitutional questions and its not a committee where members of the public testify like all of the other committees (commerce, appropriations, etc).
