Description of Needs
The AFCCA (Arizona Funeral Cemetery and Cremation Association) seeks service throughout our Annual Convention, Tuesday, June 2, through Thursday, June 4, 2015, at the Carefree Resort and Conference Center, in Carefree, AZ, to capture:
- Candid shots of each session and event
- Photographs of speakers and entertainment
- Group shots at the offsite Golf Tournament
- BONUS: The ability to record each speaker session (Total of 6 speakers, 9 hours of video)
Photographer is to provide digital copies of all pictures to AFCCA. AFCCA will not sell any pictures to its members but will use them in communications and promotional materials. AFCCA will give credit to the photographer/company for photos used where appropriate.
AFCCA will cover the expense of one standard room for two nights of the conference through our room block and will include all scheduled meal functions normally planned for the conference. Other company/personal expenses will be the responsibility of the photographer/company.

8:00 am – 12:00 pm Opening Ceremonies – Morning Sessions & Keynote Speakers
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Lunch
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm AFCCA Business Meeting and Election
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm Break-out Sessions
1:00 pm – 4:00 pm Exhibit Hall Open
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm Supplier Reception Event – Exhibits Open
THURSDAY, JUNE 4
7:00 am – 8:00 am Continental Breakfast
8:00 am – 11:00 am Exhibit Hall Open
9:00 am – 11:00 am Break-out Sessions
11:00 am – 12:00 pm Lunch – Exhibits Open

Evaluation of Proposals & Selection Process
Proposals will be reviewed by the AFCCA Executive Director. Proposals will be judged on quality, synergy with AFCCA values and alignment with budget.
Important Dates
All proposals must be submitted electronically to director@azfcca.org NO LATER THAN Friday, May 15, 2015. The awarded vendor will be contacted by May 22, 2015.
